Protein Packed Healthy Cookie Dough Dip

Here is a protein packed treat for you! The beans add protein and fiber while taking the place of flour. Nut butter and protein oats bump it up. Enjoy!



Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans (cannellini or great northern), drained and rinsed very well

  • 3–4 Tbsp nut butter (cashew, almond, or peanut work well)

  • 3–4 Tbsp pure maple syrup or local honey (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt

  • ¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon

  • 2–3 Tbsp protein oats

  • ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine white beans, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.

  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.

  3. Add oats 1 Tbsp at a time until you reach cookie dough texture.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips.

  5. Chill 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Serving Ideas

  • Dip with apple slices, strawberries, or banana coins

  • Spread on gluten-free crackers or rice cakes

  • Enjoy as a spoonable snack or dessert
