Protein Packed Healthy Cookie Dough Dip

Here is a protein packed treat for you! The beans add protein and fiber while taking the place of flour. Nut butter and protein oats bump it up. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) white beans (cannellini or great northern), drained and rinsed very well
3–4 Tbsp nut butter (cashew, almond, or peanut work well)
3–4 Tbsp pure maple syrup or local honey (adjust to taste)
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp fine sea salt
¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
2–3 Tbsp protein oats
¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if needed)
Instructions
In a food processor, combine white beans, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
Add oats 1 Tbsp at a time until you reach cookie dough texture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Chill 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Serving Ideas
Dip with apple slices, strawberries, or banana coins
Spread on gluten-free crackers or rice cakes
Enjoy as a spoonable snack or dessert
