This class is designed for those that need to take it easier or are just starting out. An indoor "walking" workout is combined with body weight moves to get you ready for an active lifestyle.
Let's get together and DANCE! We will do a mixed bag of dancing - could be latin, could be line dances, who knows what we will do!

This fun class alternates cardio and compound strength segments with "bursts" of higher intensity moves and plyometrics.
