Healthy Happy Hour
It's Friday night and the workweek is done! Come relax, release the stress of the week and get ready for your weekend with healthier ways than hanging at the bar. We will have some fun and games, music, laughter, deep breathing and stretching.
This fun class alternates cardio and compound strength segments with "bursts" of higher intensity moves and plyometrics.
