High protein, low carb dessert crepes!

This is so easy I feel silly writing a recipe. Feel free to change the fruit to whatever is in season.

your favorite chocolate hummus

fresh strawberries

monkfruit or stevia


cacao nibs

Spread chocolate hummus on egg wrap, top with strawberries and roll up.

In a high speed personal blender, blend the heavy whip with a little monkfruit until the consistency of whipped cream.

top the crepe with more strawberries, the whipped heavy whip, almonds and cacao nibs and enjoy your low-carb, high protein dessert!
