Adaptogenic and Anti Aging Chai Tea Latte

It's a cold snow day here and the perfect day for a healthy warm beverage, Here's a recipe for an adaptogenic and anti-aging chai latte:


  • 1 cup of almond, cashew or coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon of chai tea blend or 1 chai tea bag

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric

  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground Ceylon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder (adaptogenic herb)

  • 1/4 teaspoon of maca powder (adaptogenic herb)

  • 1/4 teaspoon of collagen powder (for anti-aging benefits)

  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • A pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)


  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it's warm but not boiling.

  2. Add the chai tea blend or chai tea bag to the warm milk and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your taste preference.

  3. Remove the tea bag or strain out the loose tea leaves.

  4. Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, ashwagandha powder, maca powder, collagen powder, and black pepper to the chai-infused milk.

  5. Whisk or stir the mixture well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly combined.

  6. Heat the mixture again until it reaches your desired temperature.

  7. If desired, sweeten the chai latte with honey or maple syrup.

  8. Pour the chai latte into your favorite mug and enjoy!
